Er Boqueron

Er Boqueron is a Spanish artisan beer made from natural ingredients, using Mediterranean Sea water from an area near Valencia known for its level of purity. Er Boqueron does not contain added gas, no filtration or pasteurisation during the brewing process producing a light, refreshing and easy to drink beer. Food pairing - Er Boqueron is the perfect beer to drink with tapas, Asian food, fried fish, charcuterie, spanish ham or to simply drink on its own

Estrella Damm Inedit is the first Spanish wheat beer specifically created to accompany food. It is born from the conviction that a beer that could be paired with the best cuisine, just as wine is. Created by Estrella Damm's master brewers and chef Ferran Adria from El Bulli and brewed in Barcelona, Inedit has a high intensity and aromatic taste. Slightly cloudy in appearance, it is fruity and floral on the nose with a yeasty sensation and sweet spicy notes. It has a creamy and fresh texture, with a long aftertaste. This beer has a rich and highly adaptable bouquet, with a unique personality: overall, it is smooth yet pleasantly complex.
